glass surface numbers
a numbering system to identify glass surfaces. They always start from
the exterior. For example, a regular insulating glass unit (IGU) has
four surfaces: #1 = the outside surface of the exterior lite; #2 = the
inside surface of the exterior lite; #3 = the outside surface of the
interior lite; and #4 = the inside surface of the interior lite.
