The machine is fitted with an (1.1kw (1.5Hsp) 12,000 rpm) spindle. The X and Y axis interpolation is controlled by the NC program while the Z axis movement is controlled by the operator via a joystick. The unit is equipped with a total of 4 clamps to ensure precise clamping. Work piece and tooling lubrication by a pneumatic spray mist cooling system ensures long tooling life and clean low burr cuts. Pneumatic rotation of the turntable allows you to work on three sides in one set up. Intermediate angles are set by means of a mechanical stop.
