ELECTRONIC DOUBLE
HEAD CUTTING MACHINE

Designed and constructed for the
cutting of aluminium and PVC profiles, the characteristic
feature of these cutting machines is a fixed left-hand cutting
unit and a mobile right-hand cutting unit.
The carriage positioning movements are powered by an
asynchronous motor with a magnetic ruler length control system.
Both models have an industrial computer, MS DOS operating,
Static Hard Disk, colour LCD (TFT) monitor, a protected
touch-sensitive keyboard, 3,5" floppy disk, RS 232 serial port,
complete with software for the machine cycle control and for the
management of profiles data and cutting lists.
SOFTWARE FUNCTIONS:
Store profile data.
Execute cuts with automatic correction of the profile height
both at 45° and in-between 45° and 90° cuts.
Create fixture typologies using mathematical formulae which
allow to calculate cutting lists by setting the external
measurements of the fixture.
Execute and store cutting lists entered from keyboard, diskette
or external PC.
Execute optimisations on cutting lists already memorized.
Execute the recalculation of the cutting list according to the
profile height.
